Vegan Cream Sauce (for Pasta or Vegetables)

Vegan Cream Sauce 

  • 1 (8 ounce) package silken tofu 
  • 1 1/2 cups soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic or 1/2 tbs garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill weed *can reduce to 1 or 1 1/2 tsp*
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

In a blender mix/blend all above ingredients together. Heat over medium heat until it comes to a boil. *For thicker sauce add ingredients below. Adjust ingredients to your own taste. Serve over pasta (delicious with imitation crab or shrimp pasta) or roasted vegetables. 




  • *To make it thicker add:
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
