2 cups medium cooked shrimp, tail off
1 large avocado
lemon juice
2-4 limes
corn tortillas
spinach/lettuce
salsa
dried onion or fresh onion
garlic powder
'grill mates' montreal steak seasoning
lemon pepper
In a skillet heat shrimp in oil and season with onion, garlic powder, steak seasoning, and lemon pepper. I normally just sprinkle to taste. (Sorry I do not have exact measurements).
In a small bowl mash avocado and add a few squeezes of lemon juice.
Heat each tortilla in a pan until warm. Squeeze, lightly, fresh lime juice onto tortilla to barely cover. Then spread avocado and a small strip of salsa on tortilla. Add shrimp and lettuce. Roll and eat!
