Grilled Vegetables with rice or potatoes

Rice or Potatoes (Baked, mashed- red, russett)

Grill vegetables until warm and grilled

Bell Peppers
Zucchini
Onions
Mushrooms
Yellow Squash
Asparagus
Or any vegetable of your choosing

Lightly coat vegetables with oil. Grill and sprinkle with salt or Braggs Liquid Aminos (soy sauce substitute). Serve over rice or with potatoes.
