Brown Rice
Snow Peas
Asparagus
Carrots, sliced
Bell peppers, red or green
Mushroom, small (whole- do not slice)
any other vegetables that would fit with stir fry
Garlic, pressed
Add tofu if desired.
Place 2 TBS Braggs Liquid Aminos (soy sauce substitute) in frying pan. Add vegetables. Cook but keep crisp. Serve over rice.
