1 can Tuna, drained
1 Celery stalk sliced (into "half moons")
1 Handful Grapes- sliced in half
1 Small handful dried cranberries
1 dollop (I like that word)/ spoonful mayo- we use Vegenaise.
Mix all above ingredients together.
1. On a large bed of lettuce leaves.
2. In between two whole wheat slices of bread.
3. All by itself.
4. With whole wheat crackers.
