Savory Stuffed Mushrooms

3 Tbs. butter, melted
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
3/4 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup white wine
Mushrooms, stems discarded
Chunk Crab, one for each mushroom top

Preheat oven to 400'

1. Mix all above ingredients from butter to white wine in a large bowl.
2. Spoon/ Stuff each mushroom with mixture.
3. Top each stuffed mushroom with on piece of crab.
4. Bake on an oven sheet for 15-20 minutes.
